China Health Resource, Inc. (OTC BB: CHRI) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pharmaceutical company specializing in producing, processing and commercializing Dahurian Angelica Root (DAR), a popular Traditional Chinese Medicine herb used as an ingredient in food, medicine and cosmetics. CHRI has also recently added to its TCM line of herbs, targeted at restoring, enhancing, and boosting the body’s natural properties and elements to encourage vital health among the people of China, and around the world.

China Health Resources is based in China and publicly traded in the U.S. (OTCBB: CHRI) Jiayin Wang, a prominent Chinese business leader and politician, is the new chief executive officer. Weihai Liu is the incoming chief financial officer.

DAR

CHRI’s planting and production area is in the Suining district in China’s Sichuan Province, and area with the ideal climate and soil properties. All pharmaceutical-use DAR is produced in Suining. China Health Resources has partnered with the prestigious Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for scientific development. CHRI’s DAR products have the Good Agricultural Practice of Medical Plants and Animals (GAP) certification, the most highly sought after endorsement in the industry.

Adopted by the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration, GAP standards include careful monitoring of environmental quality, seed quality and chemical residue level from pesticides and fertilizer.

Trademark

CHRI has exclusive rights for the Suining Sichuan Angelica certified trademark issued by the China State Administration of Industry and Commerce. This trademark signifies that the best quality DAR comes from Suining, Sichuan.

The company’s DAR-related products include the Bailing Capsule, Yisheng Capsule, Kimchee-Mate and Fragrant Bag, all of which have been certified by the SFDA and are being sold into the market through regional distributors throughout China.

The Future

CHRI will continue to explore the development and addition of DAR products in a range of foods, medicines and cosmetics. It continues to consider and explore opportunities to expand its current asset base and product offerings to increase revenue. These opportunities may include acquisitions or licensing of additional products and the partnership or merger with other Chinese companies in synergistic or complementary industries.
