Reports an increase in earnings and profit, with revenue up 1.88 times compared to the previous year

SICHUAN, PRC- May 25, 2011 – China Health Resource, Inc. (OTCBB: CHRI), a producer and supplier of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products, announced on May 23, 2011, its financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2011. The report shows revenue of $4,378,000 and a net profit of $1,206,100, a record increase over previous year’s first quarter results.

“The first quarter earnings and revenue are a testament to our management team, dedicated staff, and loyal farmers,” said Jiayin Wang, CEO. “With a strong vision and an ambitious yet cautious strategy, CHRI is able to successfully supplement the health of the people while ensuring profitability of the Company. This has resulted in record levels for CHRI in 2011.”

CHRI reported a gross margin of over 34 percent as compared to 8.75 percent the preceding quarter. Net revenue is $859,600, with foreign currency gains were at $51,800.

The Company’s record revenue comes as a result of the numerous distribution and sales agreements negotiated in 2010 for an increase in the acquisition of the Dahurian Angelica Root (DAR), otherwise known as Bai Zhi in Mandarin. CHRI is currently the only GAP certified supplier and producer of this TCM drug in China and has already negotiated agreements for the introduction of a second TCM herb called Gastrodia, or Tianma in Mandarin.

“The Company has strived to provide the highest grade of TCM products and herbal remedies for our people and we will continue to do in 2011,” said Mr. Wang.

CHRI signs an exclusive wholesale contract with Pingwu County Sichuan Tailing Biotech Ltd. for its entire harvest of Gastrodia for 2011

Sichuan, PRC – May 11, 2011 – China Health Resource, Inc. (OTCBB: CHRI), today announced that the company has entered into an exclusive agreement with a leading producer of Gastrodia in Pingwu, Sichuan. This agreement will give CHRI leverage in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) marketplace in China, as the main controlling distributor and supplier of Gastrodia (also known as Tianma), a traditional Chinese herb used to treat hypertension, improve circulation and resolve headaches.

Widely recognized for producing high-quality Angelica, CHRI is expanding its TCM offerings with a highly regarded and marketable TCM herb, commonly known as Tianma in China. Pure Gastrodia in Pingwu County of the Sichuan Province contains a high content of active ingredients, with low heavy metal content. Free of pollution and boasting high quality, the demand in the market for pure Gastrodia surpasses the supply in Pingwu
County.

“Although Pingwu County is well-known for Gastrodia, the company is a rather small operation,” stated Jiayin Wang, CEO, China Health Resource, Inc. “As our company is widely known for producing high-quality Angelica, securing this contract makes for a solid combination between a large enterprise and a high-quality product. With the high value of Gastrodia, we hope to broaden our product line, resulting in increased profits.”

Gastrodia currently retails for about 250~1,000 yuan/kg (US$38~150/kg) and is considered one of China’s highest priced TCM drugs available in the market. This exclusive arrangement for the supply of Gastrodia is expected to generate an estimated 120 million yuan (US$18 million) of revenue each year for CHRI.

Additional information about China Health Resource, Inc. and the Chinese herbal medicine, Gastrodia, can be found by visiting http://ChinaHealthResource.com.

Complied in Chengdu, data to help with planting and pricing.

A new index of Chinese herbal medicines published in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, on April 16 will help both the government and businesses in the field understand trends and promote further development of the industry, said Zhang Jinquan, deputy director of Chengdu Commerce Bureau.

“The index will become a weather vane in the country’s herbal medicine market,” Zhang said.

Authorized by the Ministry of Commerce, the Chengdu Index carries prices and purchase data on medicines reflecting the overall commerce in traditional Chinese medicines.
